I just watched your youtube video where you speak about the encouragement of receiving donations. I want to be encouraging! I sent $5 your way! I hope others give you "encouragement" too.
I love your youtube videos and look forward to trying out the Enlightened RPG system. I run a fairly rules-loose AD&D/S&W game (for newbie adults), which I enjoy quite a bit, but have struggled to run a 5e game for a group of newbie kids (8-12 years old).
I found Shadowdark RPG much easier with the kids, but my son (11) loves the tactical abilities of 5e, but he is the only person who fully understands his character's abilities, even at 1st level!
Here's hoping Englighted might prove a good combination between the openness of S&W and the more prescriptive character development of 5e.
Hey Savatarius, you heard correct, the BETA version of Enlightened is finished and our layout artist is currently making it look pretty. We don't have an exact time frame but it will be made available to everyone here on itch.io in pdf format as soon as it's completed. Thanks for your support!
